Poor sleep hygiene contributes to various health concerns, yet many individuals lack an understanding of sleep’s critical role in cognitive, metabolic, and emotional well-being.
Solution
Working alongside a PA-C and DipACLM specializing in lifestyle medicine, I developed a science-backed instructional module that demystifies sleep physiology. The course covered sleep cycles, hormones, circadian rhythms, and actionable strategies for improving sleep quality, incorporating self-assessments and practical applications.
Results
Learners improved their sleep awareness, identified personal barriers to rest, and implemented tailored strategies to enhance their sleep quality and overall well-being.
